This is our original boss of an apron, made in Cheshire. Constructed from full width 12½ oz black raw selvedge denim, it covers the knees to offer great protection.
It’s easy to adjust with a removable hand-cut saddlery leather neck strap with brass fittings from one of England’s last surviving family-owned foundries. To remove the strap, just unscrew the four Chicago screws to release it for washing.
There are two generous main pockets at a good height, with an added breast pocket for pens and a phone. The pockets are strengthened at key points with hand-beaten copper rivets, cut and hammered in our Alderley Edge workshop.
The superior herringbone cotton waist straps, woven in England, offer full generous wrap-around for front tying. Towel loop is on the left.
This unique, heavy-duty, 50s workwear-inspired item will last an awfully long time and look great doing it.
Makes a perfect BBQ apron or gift apron.

Care Instructions
Care Instructions
Non bio detergent. Wash cold or at 30 Degrees C on the “Handwash” setting of your washing machine.
Non bio detergent is best and do not use stain removers or bleach.
Do Not Spin! Raw denim of any type must never be spun dry as it leaves creases. Do not wring dry for the same reason.
To avoid unsightly faded crease marks, don’t leave your denim sat in the machine once the cycle has ended. Drip dry and light iron
